Refund / Complaint Policy
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a ticket you may have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
It is your responsibility to check all details of your email confirmation for any tickets purchased.
Tickets purchased via O'Brien Event Management Limited, the MineVention website, its ticket agents or affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should you have a complaint regarding any of our events, please email us direct at email@example.com
within 7 days of the event so we can assess the issues raised and we shall report back to you within a further 7 days of receiving the complaint in an order to resolve the complaint.Please note, that upon purchasing tickets to any MineVention event, we may add your email address to our MineVention News mailing list to send monthly newsletters to you. MineVention is a family held event and in order to maintain control and ensure safety for the attendees (mainly children), we cannot allow unofficial signings to take place at our events. The advertised YouTuber Meet & Greets are staffed to ensure attendees get to meet the YouTubers safely. Should there be an unofficial signing whereby we feel the crowd is not under control, we will ask the non-advertised YouTuber to bring the signing out of the event area of which O'Brien Event Management Ltd are responsible for.Photography and Videography
At each event we will be taking photographs and video footage for promotional purposes only. Should you wish for yourself and/or your child not to be photographed or videoed, please inform a member of staff upon entering the arena. Without this notification we assume consent from all guests.
